Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been shipped.

• If the order is not packed or shipped yet, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund.
• Please contact us as soon as possible for faster processing.

Cancellation After Dispatch

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However:

• You may refuse delivery when the courier attempts to deliver.
• Or, after receiving the order, you may submit a return request (as per Return Policy conditions).

Non-Cancellable Items

• Orders placed for items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
• Customized or altered items.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If cancelled before dispatch → Full Refund.
• If cancelled after dispatch → Refund is processed only after the returned item arrives and passes inspection.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless store credit is requested.
