Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a product defect or wrong item delivered, we will cover return shipping.
• For size or preference-based returns, the customer may need to pay return courier fees.

Return Inspection

Returned items undergo a quality inspection (2–4 business days). Approval depends on the product meeting the conditions listed above.
