Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays.

• If there is a delay due to stock or verification, we will notify you.
• Processing time does not include actual shipping/delivery time.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
• Other Cities / Towns: 5–9 business days
• Remote / Rural Areas: 7–14 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier speed, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout before payment.
• Free shipping offers may be available during promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with a tracking link (if tracking is supported for your shipment).

If tracking details do not update, please allow up to 24 hours for the courier to activate tracking.

Recipient Availability

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at your delivery address. If the courier attempts delivery and finds the address unattended, re-delivery may be scheduled automatically.

Wrong / Incomplete Address

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the delivery may be delayed or returned. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears tampered with or damaged:

• Do not accept the delivery
• Ask the courier to mark it as "Returned / Damaged"
• Contact us immediately with photos of the parcel
